Shiny Shell Training

Shiny Shell Carwash (“Shiny Shell,” “we,” “us”) operates Shiny Shell Training, an internal training platform for our employees. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Shiny Shell Training is for Shiny Shell employees only. Accounts are created by company administrators; there is no public sign-up.
Your name, your work or personal email address (optional), your mobile phone number, and your training activity and progress.
We send SMS for two purposes: (1) one-time login verification codes when you sign in, and (2) a one-time welcome message when your account is created. Message frequency depends on how often you log in. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use Twilio to deliver SMS and Supabase to store account data and handle authentication. These providers process information only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep your information for as long as you have an account and as needed for legitimate business or legal purposes. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect it.
