Shiny Shell Training is provided by Shiny Shell Carwash for use by its employees. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Shiny Shell Training provides online training courses and tracks your progress. Access is granted by company administrators and is limited to authorized Shiny Shell employees.
Shiny Shell Training is operated by Coldwater Capital, the parent company of Shiny Shell Carwash, and Coldwater Capital is the sender of record for the text message programs described below.
Shiny Shell Training runs two separate text message programs. They send from different phone numbers, and replying STOP to one does not stop the other. Both are transactional, neither is marketing, and both are sent only to Shiny Shell employees.
1. Account security. By providing your mobile number and using phone sign-in, you agree to receive one-time login verification codes, and a one-time welcome message containing your sign-in link when your account is created. Frequency depends on how often you sign in. Replying STOPends this program, after which you will need to sign in by email.
2. Training notifications. If you have given us a mobile number and agreed to receive these, you will get notice that a training course has been assigned to you, reminders that assigned training is due or overdue, and notice of activity on your own account, such as a submission being approved. Frequency varies with the training assigned to you. Replying STOPends this program only; your sign-in codes continue.
Message and data rates may apply to both programs. ReplyHELP to either number for help, orSTOP to unsubscribe at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Keep your login method secure. Do not share access to your account. Notify your manager if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Use the platform only for its intended training purpose and in line with Shiny Shell policies.
We may update these terms or the platform at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
